We ask you to leave your room for the next guests until 11:00 a.m.. You can arrange another departure time at the reception. We charge € 10,00 per hour for a late chek out.

You find the next bus station (Bergen Ringstraße) 50 m from our hotel. Our employees can help you to find the fastest line to our tourist attractions or the beach.

Should you need a special diet, feel free to approach us. Our chef gladly advises you.

Our Dreamwater Lounge combines heat, massage and the stimulating effects of water. No matter if you suffer from back pain, too much stress or just want to relax. We charge € 8,00 for each 15-minute-treatment. You need a bracelet for access, which you can get at the reception.

Our main entrance is open 24 hours.

You find various grocery stores in Bergen. ALDI, EDEKA and REWE are 15 minutes away from the hotel.

You are welcome to store and charge your e-bike in our underground garage. Please do not take the battery to your room.

Our employees are trained first responder. Aspirins are pharmacy-only in Germany, so we can't give them out. In the atrium is a defibrillator that can be used by untrained people to help in cardiac emergencies. Upon opening, the case establishes a mobile connection to the emergency central. That way the first responder has his hands free until an ambulance arrives and can listen to the instructions of the emergency central.

Our reception is open 24 hours. Our employees help you in word and deed anytime.

The electricity supply throughout the entire hotel is 220VAC. Should you need an international adapter, feel free to ask our reception team.

You can charge your e-car in our basement car park. The RWE eBox runs with 11kW. Please bear in mind that the parking spot costs € 15,00 per day, the electricity is free.

Our hotel has a variety of bicycles, which are in the basement car park. The rent is € 14,00 per day. ( E-bikes € 29.00 per day.) For more information feel free to ask our reception team.

Our employees at the reception can provide you with information about the different ferries on the island.

Our gym is on the ground floor and is open between 08:00 a.m. and 10 p.m. and can be accessed with your room card. There is a variety of gym machines for usage.

The next airport is in Güttin. It offers sightseeing flights above the island and charter flights to Berlin and Hamburg.

We keep lost property for 6 months. We will be happy to send you any items left behind on request. The guest is responsible for the postage.

The bathroom has a hairdryer. Please note that the toggle switch on the holder must also be switched on.

The fee for using our underground parking garage is € 15.00 per day. Our reception staff will be happy to activate your room card accordingly.

In addition to our rich breakfast, you can enjoy a tasty dinner as part of our half-board - either from the buffet or as a three-course menu (chef's choice), consisting of starter, main course and dessert. Drinks are charged separately. Price per person and day: € 33.00.

Every well-behaved four-legged friend is welcome. We charge € 18.00 per day. Please note that out of consideration for other guests, pets are not allowed in the hotel's catering facilities. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel. Our 5 “pet rooms” are located on the ground floor. We accept a maximum of one pet per room.

Our bar staff await you daily from 2 p.m. in our Störtebeker bar to the left of the restaurant. Here and in the atrium you can enjoy a good beer, a glass of wine or a delicious cocktail. We are happy to serve you the entire range of drinks in your room for a surcharge of €2.60.

A selection of toiletries is available at reception if required.

We will be happy to book your tickets for the theater, Ozeaneum, Jasmund National Park, White Fleet or Natural Heritage Center. We will inform you about show times and performances at reception

The bottles of water on the desk are a gift from the hotel and are therefore free of charge. The minibar in the rooms is not stocked. Drinks can be purchased at reception. The minibar in the room can be used as a fridge.

You are welcome to use our parking lot at the house free of charge. Alternatively, you can park your car in the underground garage, for which we charge € 15.00 per day.

You are welcome to post your letters and postcards in the guest letterbox in the lobby. Stamps can be purchased at reception.

Postcards of the hotel and the island of Rügen are available from reception. Or you can send an electronic greeting card.

We would like to know if you are dissatisfied with anything in our hotel. Our reception staff will be happy to listen to your concerns. 

You can pay your invoice quickly and conveniently via payment link. We will then send you the invoice by email.

Our restaurant, Fienhuus, on the ground floor offers regional dishes. For an additional fee of €6.00, we are happy to serve the full menu in your room. Please dial 518.

Your room has a safe in the wardrobe.

Our sauna world has a steam sauna at 45°C, a Finnish sauna at 90°C and an infrared fitness and health cabin (natural deep heat), where you can relax at a pleasant 60°C. You have access to the sauna area daily from 08:00 - 22:00 with your room card. Please note that the Finnish sauna requires a heating time of 25 minutes

On each floor you will find a vending machine for cleaning your shoes by the elevator.

Leisure pools are located in Sellin (AHOI Rügen Bade- & Erlebniswelt), in Binz (IFA-Ferienpark) and Neddesitz (Erlebniswelt SPLASH). The Hannes Präkel sports swimming pool is within walking distance in Bergen auf Rügen, Ruschwitzstr. 23.

The entrance to our sun terrace is located in the Störtebeker Bar. When the weather is nice, we are happy to serve you coffee, cake or an ice cream sundae.

An interesting selection of souvenirs, such as fashion and amber jewelry, sea buckthorn products and chalk men, can be found in the display cases in the atrium.

Our hotel has 5 bright, functional and well-equipped conference rooms for up to 300 people. Mobility and flexibility characterize the action areas in the conference room. Please contact our banqueting department on 784.

The nearest petrol station is OIL and is located 150 meters from the hotel. The following brands can also be found in Bergen: ARAL, ESSO, SHELL and TOTAL.

We will be happy to wash and iron your clothes for you, if you hand them in before 09.00 a.m. they will be returned on the same day (excluding weekends). You will find a laundry list and laundry bag in your wardrobe. Textiles for dry cleaning are cleaned externally..

The wellness oasis "Wonnewiek" is located on the ground floor of the hotel. It offers a wide range of cosmetic treatments, massages, and wraps.
