Yoga Time-Out for Arriving
You can look forward to a soothing blend of mindful bodywork, flowing movement, and deep relaxation.
We begin by focusing on your body awareness, creating space to fully arrive in the present moment. Through gentle exercises, you may rediscover your body and feel how you reconnect with it more consciously.
In the active part of the session, we link breath and movement. Sometimes powerful, sometimes meditative, we flow through the asanas. As you concentrate entirely on your body, your thoughts become calmer and everyday life fades into the background.
With a balancing breathing exercise – Pranayama – we return to stillness and gently transition into the final relaxation with a guided body journey.
Saturday, 8:00–9:30 AM
You can expect a balanced yoga practice that helps you start the day feeling refreshed, energized, and at ease.
We begin with a shaking meditation, allowing you to release the heaviness of the night. With new lightness, we move into grounding and stabilizing Hatha postures and flow joyfully through the Vinyasas.
To conclude this morning practice, we gift ourselves a moment of conscious calm with a soothing breathing exercise before gliding into a silent final relaxation.
Saturday, 4:00–6:00 PM
Yoga Time-Out for Body, Mind, and Soul in Harmony
This practice is based on the 7‑chakra philosophy and invites you to bring all energy centers into harmony.
We begin with a grounding meditation that focuses especially on the root chakra, creating space for inner stability. You can then look forward to a harmonious blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, each reflecting the qualities of the individual chakras and making them tangible.
Powerful sequences alternate with quiet, still postures – creating a balanced practice that supports both body and mind.
The soothing conclusion is a guided energy body journey that gently balances all chakras, leaving you relaxed and strengthened.
